House Clean-Out Included With Trumbull Sales

Remove what you want to keep. Furniture, appliances and anything a tenant left behind are cleared through our free clean-out after closing.

Emptying the Property Is Not Your Job

Clearing out a house is one of the most time-consuming parts of a sale, and with rentals it is often the most frustrating. Departing tenants abandon mattresses, broken appliances and bags of trash. Long-held family homes fill basements, attics and garages over the years. In an estate, relatives may live out of state and have only a weekend or two to go through everything. Hiring a dumpster, a junk removal crew and a cleaning service adds cost and scheduling to a process that is already complicated. Under our purchase terms, you keep what you choose and abandon the remainder. Once the deed records, the free trash-out is ours to arrange, covering furniture, appliances, clothing, boxes, garage and shed contents, and items abandoned by former occupants. You are not expected to sweep, sort or haul. Remaining contents get estimated at the property review and budgeted, so the clean-out never becomes a last-minute issue. For landlords, that means no final turnover. For families, it means the time can go to the items that matter rather than the ones that do not. The property is handed over as it stands, and the clearing is ours to manage.

Items Covered by the Clean-Out

Typical contents we remove after closing.

  • Abandoned tenant items

Mattresses, furniture, trash bags and anything else left in a unit.

  • Appliances

Old refrigerators, washers, dryers and window units.

  • Basement and attic storage

    Boxes, bins and decades-old accumulations.

  • Garage and shed

Tools, lawn equipment, scrap and leftover materials.

  • Estate contents

Whatever the family chooses not to keep.

  • Heavy accumulation

    Hoarding conditions handled respectfully.

Clean-Out in Three Stages

  1. Note the contents

During the property review we record roughly what will be left behind. No sorting or tidying is needed beforehand.

  2. Remove your belongings

Ahead of settlement, collect anything you or relatives intend to keep. Tenants remove their own property as usual.

  3. Close; we clear

Once documents are signed and funds disbursed, the trash-out is scheduled and completed on our side.
